バイリンガルスタッフ募集（パート）

POLKU International Schoolでは、
クラスのサポートを担当していただけるバイリンガルスタッフ（パート）を募集しています。

本ポジションは、いわゆる「英語を教える先生」の仕事ではありません。
子どもたちと日常的に関わりながら、
保護者と学校をつなぐ役割を大切にしていただくお仕事です。


【お仕事について】

  • クラス内での子どもたちの生活・活動サポート
  • 外国人スタッフと協力しながらのクラス運営補助
  • 保護者とのコミュニケーション（日本語）
  • 連絡帳などの簡単な文書対応

※レッスン準備やカリキュラム作成などの教務業務はありません。

  • 日本語でのコミュニケーションや文章作成ができる方
  • 英語での基本的なやり取りができる方
    （英語力は面接時に確認します／ネイティブレベルは問いません）
  • 子どもと関わることが好きな方
  • チームで協力しながら働くことを大切にできる方

【勤務時間】

  • 平日
    • 9:00～15:00（休憩30分）
    • 15:00～18:00（休憩なし）

上記の時間帯を中心に、
午前のみ・午後のみ・柔軟なシフトについてもご相談可能です。

※まずはパートタイムでの勤務となります。
※勤務状況やご本人の適性を踏まえ、
　将来的に勤務形態を見直す場合もあります。

【雇用形態・給与】

  • 雇用形態：パートタイム
  • 時給：1,200円～1,350円
    ※ご経験・資格・担当内容により相談の上決定いたします
  • 勤務地：POLKU International School（松戸エリア）

Requirements 1. English: Native level / equivalent to native level.
2. Two years College / University Degree
3. Holding a valid working visa in Japan / Permanent Visa
4. Be able to work for a minimum of two years

＊We are seeking an exceptional educator who is passionate about imparting their knowledge. The ideal candidate should possess an energetic and enthusiastic demeanour, as well as flexibility and adaptability. Additionally, they should demonstrate positive and outgoing interpersonal skills. 

＊The candidate will be responsible for teaching English to children aged 2 to 6 and collaborating effectively with a team. They should also possess the ability to work independently and manage their time effectively. Furthermore, they should be reliable, punctual, and actively involved in developing and implementing the curriculum.
